How can I place an order?
Add the products you want to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. After collecting the products in your cart, click the "BUY" button. If you are not logged in, the registration screen will open. If you have previously registered with your email address, you can enter your email address and the password you used when registering on our site and click the "Log In" button. If you have not registered before, you can easily register with your email address by clicking the "Register Now" button. After logging in, you will be asked to enter your address information on the screen that opens. After entering your address, you will be asked to choose your payment method. Continue through these pages step by step until you see the message "Your order is complete".
I have too many items in my cart, what should I do?
If the quantity of an item exceeds your desired number while on the shopping cart page, you can make the necessary changes in the 'Quantity' section. If you want to remove the item from your cart entirely, click the 'X' mark located to the far right of the selected items on the shopping cart page and remove the item from your cart.
Is the product I like in stock?
Most of our products are in stock, but some models are not yet available. After selecting the desired model and size, our delivery time will be shown based on our stock availability. If in stock, it will be shipped within 3 days, but if the desired size is not available, it will be custom-made for you and delivered within 4-6 weeks.
The size I want is out of stock, how can I buy it?
For many of our products, if they are out of stock, they can be custom-made for you and delivered within 4-6 weeks.
How do I choose the correct size?
All our products are designed in EU sizes. You can check that you have chosen the correct size using the size chart link.
How much is the shipping fee?
Tarik Ediz offers free shipping to all regions. No additional shipping costs will be added.
When will my order arrive?
Shipping time to Türkiye is 2-3 days.
Shipping to foreign countries may take an average of 4-10 days.
How can I track my order placed from abroad?
After you confirm your orders, your tracking number will be sent to you via email. You can track your shipment using this tracking number on the shipping company's website.
Do you offer deliveries on weekends and public holidays?
Deliveries are made on Saturdays during specific time slots. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
