APPLICATION FORM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ARTICLE 11 AND 13 PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW
Individuals identified as personal data owners, defined as "Data Subjects" under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "Law"), are granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data under Article 11 of the Law.
Pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 1 of the Law, applications regarding these rights must be submitted to our company, as the data controller, in writing or by other means specified by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Your application and the request contained within will be concluded, free of charge, by TARIK EDİZ, the data controller, as soon as possible and within a maximum of thirty days depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process incurs an additional cost, a fee may be requested in accordance with the tariff determined by the Board. Your request will either be accepted or rejected with a justification, and the response will be communicated to you in writing or electronically.
The information and documents you provide in the application form will be processed by TARIK EDİZ, within the scope of the disclosure text, solely for the purposes of evaluating and responding to your application, delivering the response to you, and verifying your identity and address.
According to Article 7, titled "Fees," of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, “(1) No fee is charged if the response to the application is given in writing up to ten pages. A fee of 1 Turkish Lira may be charged for each page over ten. (2) If the response to the application is provided on a recording medium such as a CD or flash drive, the fee that may be requested by the data controller shall not exceed the cost of the recording medium.

As Kadir Tarık Ediz Tekstil Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (Kadir Tarık Ediz Textile Industry And Trade Inc. in English and in short “Tarık Ediz”), we show utmost sensitivity to ensure the confidentiality and security of all our customers’ and visitors’ personal data in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and other relevant legislation.
